August Event

Sacramento LDS Singles Lake Natoma Potluck BBQ 31+

Saturday, August 3, 2019

From 9 AM – 4 PM

Location: 7806 Folsom Auburn Road, Folsom, CA 95630

Nimbus Flat Recreation Area At Natoma Lake Off Of Hazel AV.

No dance this month but you can still get your dance on shores side if it floats your boat.

Lake Natoma Event

Come “Chill out” and enjoy some food and fun water recreation with the Sacramento Single Adults on Lake Natoma.

Bring your water recreation equipment. Kayak, rafts, tubes, you name it. There is a nice place to go and Kayak across the lake.

Motorized boating is also allowed but there is a 5 mph speed limit on the entire lake. So you should not bring your jet skis. Good fishing for both cold and warm water species including rainbow trout, brown trout, black bass, crappie and bluegill. Must have a fishing license.

This will be a Potluck BBQ style so please bring an appropriate dish to share or dessert. Also bring a drink to share if you would like.

We highly recommend ride sharing for this event.

If you are not early enough to park at the tiny free parking lot just outside the Recreation Area gate then there will be a $10.00 per vehicle parking fee to enter the park. Otherwise there is no cost for the event.

Do not have a kayak… the Sacramento State Aquatic Center is right next door to the Nimbus Flat Recreation Gate. They have kayaks available for rent and a few other things as well.
